The King Holiday & the Inauguration of President Barack Obama

January 21, 2013 has been slated as the Inauguration date for President Barack Obama.  This happens to be the same date of the Dr. King federal holiday....this brings a smile to my face.     This is the second time in history that the King day holiday has coincided with a presidential inauguration.  The first was President Bill Clinton's second inauguration on Monday, Jan. 20, 1997.
